Professional Development Opportunities for Teachers

Midlands Area Science Coordinators 

These sessions, unless otherwise specified, are intended to provide you with the content knowledge and pedagogical skills necessary to teach the intended topic.  Science in a Bucket sessions include a bucket with the materials for completing activities from the session.

We will be setting dates for these professional development sessions soon for the fall and spring semesters. Please check back here or contact your district science coordinator.

Cost: $25 (Includes presenter honoraria, handouts, a bucket of materials for the activities presented, and 3 professional recertification points through your school district) (Make checks payable to the Center for Science Education).
